Another small penguin. This little fellow is based on the Adelie has it's wings spread. This version has the close fiting wings making it less likely to catch.

In New Zealand it is just known as the "Little Blue" and in Australia they are known as "a fairy" penguin. both little pengins are common around the Australian lower coast line and in New Zealand as far up as Wellington. They breed very happily here.
